We went to a playdate today. Our next door neighbors have a 14 month old little girl and she goes to a playdate every other week and have invited Kate and I the last two times. We’ve had a fun time playing and getting to know others in the area. Kate did really well today crawling all over the place and doing her best to keep up with the older kids. She even fought hard for the toy she wanted to play with. She held her own.
We went to pick up dinner after the play date. If you’ve never had Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake pizza you’re missing out. We get the Gourmet Chicken Garlic and it is out of this world. While we were waiting on the pizza there were nice folks that Kate pretended to be shy with. Within a matter of minutes she was smiling, laughing and playing with them. Wednesday...
No big news today. Grisham got his spring shave today…that’s about as exciting as we get today. He doesn’t seem to be embarrased by his new haircut like he has been in the past.
Kate is mastering crawling. She’s progressed rather well today. She starts in reverse for a split second and then seems to realize that she is headed the wrong way and puts it in drive. She’s too cute! I promise to do more video soon.
We’re glad to have Dan home after a few days away for work. Our world is just a little off when he’s not around…everyone seems to be in a funk when he’s not home. Thankfully his traveling is minimal now that we’re in TN.
